Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring accurate and compliant cashiering operations.
Handle customer inquiries, billing, returns, warranty cases, and financial transactions.
Support store operations, customer satisfaction, financial accuracy, and loss prevention.
Cashiering and Financial Control
- Process POS transactions and issue receipts.
- Handle multiple payment methods accurately.
- Ensure zero cash variance and complete daily reconciliation.
- Prepare deposits and Z-out reports.
- Maintain proper cash control and counter organization.
Customer Service
- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Provide accurate product, promotion, and policy information.
- Handle complaints, returns, exchanges, and warranty cases.
- Manage queues and ensure timely service.
- Follow up on repair and return cases.
Operations and Compliance
- Ensure POS systems are operational.
- Follow standard operating procedures, financial controls, and safety procedures.
- Report system issues and suspicious activities.
Warranty and Returns
- Dispatch warranty items within the required turnaround time.
- Track supplier returns and follow up.
- Process returns according to company policy.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in cashiering or customer service, preferably in retail.
- High school education or diploma; graduate qualification is preferred.
- Strong communication, POS proficiency, basic MS Excel skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach are required.
- Arabic and English communication are preferred.
