Job Overview
- The Heart of House Specialist plays a key role supporting various hotel functions.
- Associates may work across departments (kitchen, F&B, laundry) to support cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare clean linens and dishes for guest enjoyment.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools (e.g., dishwashers, sinks, washers, dryers).
- Transport linens and dishes throughout the hotel.
- Create a safe workspace; follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain quality standards and professional appearance.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with other employees and departments.
- Support team to achieve common goals.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 lbs.
- Stand, sit, walk for long periods; bend, kneel, twist, stretch, and stoop.
