- Oversee daily health, safety, and environmental practices across client facilities, ensuring compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards
- Conduct regular site inspections, identify hazards, perform risk assessments, and recommend corrective and preventive measures
- Develop and implement HSE procedures, deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks, and coordinate training to promote a strong safety culture
- Investigate incidents and near misses, prepare reports, maintain HSE records and documentation
- Collaborate with operations teams and clients to continuously improve workplace safety and environmental performance
Requirements
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health within facility management or similar environments
- Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices, including environmental risk assessment and waste management oversight
- Strong understanding of Workplace Safety standards, hazard identification, and implementation of control measures
- Relevant HSE certifications such as NEBOSH (e.g., IGC or equivalent) or other recognized safety qualifications
- Experience developing and delivering HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns for diverse teams
- Ability to conduct investigations, prepare clear reports, and track corrective and preventive actions
- Familiarity with HSE management systems, documentation, and compliance with local regulations in Qatar or the GCC region (preferred)
- Strong communication, observation, and problem solving skills, with the ability to influence safe behaviors at all organizational levels
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work on site across multiple facilities, adapt to changing operational needs, and collaborate effectively in a multicultural team

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer role based in Doha, Qatar.
