Job Title and Location

  • Job Title: CAFM Helpdesk Coordinator
  • Location: Doha, Qatar

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in CAFM Helpdesk, Facilities Management, or Maintenance Coordination.
  • Hands on experience with CAFM systems and work order management.
  • Good understanding of Facilities Management operations and maintenance processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and customer service skills
  • Must be locally available in Qatar
