- Greet and assist guests, visitors, and tenants in a courteous and professional manner
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding facilities, services, and local amenities
- Coordinate transportation, reservations, and special requests as required
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor records
- Assist with access control and visitor registration procedures
- Handle customer complaints and service requests efficiently and professionally
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception/concierge area
- Support administrative and customer service functions as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Concierge, Front Desk, Guest Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English is mandatory

Job Overview
- We are seeking a professional, customer focused, and well presented Concierge to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, visitors, and tenants in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements

- Valid Qatar ID (QID) with transferable visa preferred.

- Experience in hotels, residential towers, commercial properties, or premium facilities management environments.
