- Supervise and lead the waitstaff, ensuring excellent service standards
- Train new and existing team on service etiquette, menu knowledge, and customer interactions
- Organize shift schedules and delegate tasks to maintain efficiency
- Monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and assist in appraisals
- Ensure all guests receive high quality service and a seamless dining experience
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally
- Manage reservations, coordinate table assignments, and oversee seating arrangements
- Ensure VIP and regular guests receive personalized service
- Assist waitstaff during busy periods by taking orders, serving food, and handling payments
- Ensure food and beverage service meets company standards
- Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of dining areas
- Enforce health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or in a senior hospitality role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- In depth knowledge of beach club restaurant operations, fine dining etiquette, and menu items
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Professional grooming and presentation
