- Oversee event breakdown and ensure proper storage of equipment.
- Manage F&B team performance including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition.
- Uphold regulatory standards for health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness.

Job Description
- Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. As a Head Waiter, you oversee seamless execution of daily restaurant operations and deliver memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Delight our guests: Bring an upbeat and friendly attitude to all guest interactions.
- Supervise execution of events: Plan, organize, and execute various events within our F&B outlets.
- Ensure a flawless event setup: Oversee setup of function rooms, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware are arranged according to specifications.
- Collaborate for success: Communicate event specifications, procedures, and updates to relevant teams.
- Oversee event breakdown: Ensure function rooms are properly broken down and equipment stored correctly.
- Manage team performance: Oversee F&B team, including scheduling, supervision, coaching, and recognition.
- Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
