- Support team training, coaching, and performance monitoring
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards
- Promote menu items and support upselling initiatives
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily operational duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Food & Beverage experience
- At least 1 year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and guest service standards

Role Overview
- The Captain oversees the assigned section during service, ensuring excellent guest experiences, smooth restaurant operations, and compliance with Momofuku service standards.
Salary
- AED 4,500 5,000 per month
