Role Overview
Lead the technical function for a well-established construction and main contracting company in Dubai.
This is a senior office-based position covering multiple construction projects and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
The role focuses on technical compliance, constructability, and efficient project delivery.

Technical Leadership
- Lead and manage the technical department across multiple projects.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
- Establish technical procedures, workflows, and documentation standards.
- Monitor technical submissions, approvals, and design deliverables.
Technical Delivery
- Review and approve IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs.
- Coordinate technical matters with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Resolve technical issues before they affect construction, cost, or schedule.
