- Lead and manage the Studies & Research Section
- Develop and implement the department's strategic and operational plans
- Conduct benchmarking studies, perform data analysis, and develop feasibility studies to support strategic initiatives
- Prepare and oversee annual research plans, including short , medium , and long term studies
- Conduct and supervise technical, analytical, and sector specific research
- Establish and maintain research databases and knowledge repositories
- Collaborate with universities, research institutions, and industry experts
- Monitor departmental KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Manage the department's budget and resources
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure research outputs align with organizational priorities and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Master's Degree with 6 years' experience in Benchmarking, Feasibility Studies & Data Analytics
- Professional certifications in organizational excellence, strategic management, innovation, or leadership are preferred
- Strong leadership, analytical, research, and project management skills

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Studies & Research to lead our research function and support evidence based decision making.
