- Lead and build a high performing Technology Delivery function.
- Manage a portfolio of multiple concurrent technology and AI initiatives.
- Lead Technical Program Managers (TPMs) and ensure predictable project delivery.
- Drive Agile delivery, governance, and portfolio planning.
- Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and portfolio reviews.
- Coordinate procurement, budgets, vendor management, and technical recruitment.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, capacity planning, and stakeholder communications.
- Continuously improve delivery frameworks and operational processes.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Program Management, or PMO.
- Minimum 6 years leading delivery teams or Technical Program Managers.
- Experience managing large enterprise technology portfolios with multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and AI/ML project delivery.
- Experience with executive reporting, portfolio governance, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to procurement, finance, vendor management, and recruitment operations.
