Responsibilities
- Lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of a robust Performance Management framework
- Take full ownership of the Americana Development Center, ensuring consistent assessment of employee capabilities
- Conduct and drive succession planning exercises to ensure a strong internal pipeline of future leaders
- Drive the setup, execution, and tracking of personalized development plans for high potential employees
- Partner with Head of L&D to train leaders on tools and strategies, embedding a Growth Mindset
- Be the ambassador of an open feedback culture
- Own and manage talent dashboards, leveraging a skill ontology framework
- Work closely with Head of L&D and Head of Talent Acquisition to shape a seamless employee lifecycle
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in talent and performance management
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in Retail/F&B industry preferred
- Certifications in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, or Organization Development (e.g., GTML, CTMP, ODCP, or equivalent)
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) is an advantage
- Certified in leadership assessment tools (Hogan, Korn Ferry, MBTI, Lumina, Predictive Index, or similar)
- Accredited HR professional preferred (CIPD, SHRM SCP, or equivalent)

What You’ll Do
- Lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of a robust Performance Management framework.
- Take full ownership of the Americana Development Center.
- Conduct and drive succession planning exercises.
- Drive the setup, execution, and tracking of personalized development plans for high potential employees.
- Partner with the Head of L&D to train leaders on tools and strategies.
- Be the ambassador of an open feedback culture.
- Own and manage the talent dashboards, leveraging a skill ontology framework.
- Work closely with the Head of L&D and the Head of Talent Acquisition.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable talent and performance strategies.
- Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HR systems.
- Ideally trained in assessment techniques like MBTI, Lumina Spark, Hogan, or equivalent.
- You excel in building strong cross functional partnerships.
- Passionate about cultivating a culture of learning and development.
Education & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in talent and performance management.
- Experience in Retail/F&B industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's in business administration, human resources or a business related discipline, MBA is a plus.
Professional Certifications
- Certifications in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, or Organization Development (e.g., GTML, CTMP, ODCP, or equivalent).
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, or similar) is an advantage.
- Certified in leadership assessment tools (Hogan, Korn Ferry, MBTI, Lumina, Predictive Index, or similar).
