Job Purpose

  • Responsible for leading Hardee’s overall Media and Performance Marketing strategy across the Middle East region, covering both Digital and Traditional Media channels to drive traffic, demand generation, customer acquisition, brand awareness, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the overall Media and Performance Marketing strategy across Middle East markets.
  • Manage and optimize performance across Social Media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat), Search and Display (Google Ads), Video and Programmatic platforms, Mobile apps and delivery platforms.
  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization across TV, Radio, Outdoor, Cinema, Print.
  • Drive full funnel media planning combining Digital and Traditional channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize channel mix, budget allocation, media weights and frequency, audience targeting.
  • Build and manage performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Work closely with media agencies across markets; partner with Creative, Digital, CRM, and Operations teams.
  • Manage and control media budgets across all markets.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in media buying, audience targeting, attribution models.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of Digital and Traditional Media; deep knowledge of integrated media planning.
  • Hands on experience with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube; understanding of Traditional Media planning and buying.
  • Experience with GA4, Firebase, Adjust; reporting tools like Excel / Power BI.
  • Knowledge of media KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, CAC, GRPs, Reach, Frequency.
  • Strong data interpretation and problem solving skills; ability to analyze large datasets.
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns and markets.
  • Strong ownership and accountability; detail oriented; agile and adaptable.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years in Media / Performance / Digital Marketing.
  • Experience across both Digital and Traditional Media.
  • Background in QSR, FMCG, Retail, or E commerce preferred.
  • Experience managing multi market campaigns in MENA is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
