- Develop and execute the organization's Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce plans
- Lead and mentor a high performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic workforce planning support
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key functions and critical roles
- Drive direct sourcing initiatives and reduce dependency on external agencies where appropriate
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top talent
- Implement and optimize recruitment processes, systems, and technologies to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes
- Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs, reporting regularly on hiring performance, market insights, and talent trends
- Support diversity, inclusion, and localization initiatives as part of the broader people strategy
- Ensure recruitment processes are compliant, scalable, and aligned with best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Workforce Planning, including leadership experience
- Proven track record of building and leading successful recruitment teams within large or fast growing organizations
- Strong experience hiring across multiple functions and levels, including senior and executive appointments
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, employer branding, recruitment technology, and talent analytics
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to operate at executive level
- Commercial mindset with a data driven approach to talent acquisition
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are advantageous

Role Overview
- A leading organization in the UAE is seeking a strategic and results driven Head of Talent Acquisition to lead its recruitment function and support ambitious growth plans across multiple business units.
- This role will be responsible for developing and executing a best in class talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the organization attracts, engages, and hires exceptional talent across a diverse range of functions and seniority levels.
