- Lead and grow the agency's creative practice alongside the leadership team.
- Set the creative vision and maintain exceptional standards across all client work.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers while building a trusted network of freelance creative specialists.
- Partner with digital consultants to deliver integrated campaigns across branding, social media, digital marketing, websites and content.
- Present creative concepts to senior clients and build long term relationships.
- Drive business growth through pitches, proposals and new client opportunities.
- Introduce AI powered creative workflows to improve quality, speed and efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a senior creative leadership role within an agency environment
- Strong graphic design foundation with outstanding portfolio across corporate and consumer brands
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams and managing multiple client accounts
- Strong commercial awareness and client facing experience
- Expertise across branding, digital, social, content and visual storytelling
- Experience integrating AI tools into creative and production workflows
- Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential
