- Develop and implement the organization's Learning & Development strategy aligned with business priorities
- Lead leadership development, management capability, and professional skills programs across all levels
- Design and oversee learning pathways, academies, and capability building initiatives
- Partner with business leaders to identify skills gaps and workforce development needs
- Drive learning innovation through digital platforms, e learning, blended learning, and emerging technologies
- Establish frameworks to measure learning effectiveness, ROI, and business impact
- Manage external learning providers, partnerships, and learning budget
- Promote a culture of continuous learning, growth, and knowledge sharing across the organization
- Support organizational transformation and change initiatives through targeted learning interventions
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Organizational Capability
- Proven experience developing and implementing enterprise wide learning strategies
- Strong expertise in leadership development, learning design, succession support, and capability building
- Experience managing learning technologies, LMS/LXP platforms, and digital learning solutions
- Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across the business
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Relevant professional certifications are advantageous
