Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of corporate communications strategies
- Manage internal and external communications initiatives across the organization
- Draft and review press releases, leadership communications, speeches, presentations, and corporate messaging
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective communication
- Support media relations activities and reputation management initiatives
- Develop engaging internal communications campaigns to strengthen employee engagement and alignment
- Monitor communications performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in corporate communications, strategic communications, public relations, or related fields
- Experience within a professional services environment, corporate advisory firm, consultancy, or communications agency is highly preferred
- Strong experience across both internal and external communications
- Excellent writing, editing, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent English communication skills are essential
- Currently based in Abu Dhabi or open to working from Abu Dhabi on a full time basis
