About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead procurement, logistics, inbound/outbound operations and warehouse activities to ensure material availability for production and ramp up
- Define and execute sourcing strategy (supplier selection, dual sourcing, risk mitigation, cost competitiveness) and build a resilient supply base
- Ensure compliance with import/export requirements, permits and shipping documentation for international flows
- Drive supplier performance management (quality, delivery, responsiveness), leading corrective actions and escalation when required
- Run supply chain inputs to S&OP with Production Planning (inventory strategy, lead times, constraints, mitigation plans) and communicate trade offs clearly
- Maintain inventory health and warehouse governance (FIFO/FEFO, cycle counting, traceability, shelf life/ESD controls, inventory accuracy)
- Build and optimize the internal logistics model for kitting, line feeding and finished goods deliveries aligned with production priorities
Requirements
- 12+ years in supply chain leadership roles in manufacturing environments
- Experience leading procurement and supplier management, including negotiation, contracting and supplier risk mitigation
- Proven experience managing international logistics and customs/import export processes, documentation and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP environments, inventory optimization principles and master data discipline
- Experience operating in high reliability/regulated industries is a plus

- Familiarity with ERP/MRP environments, inventory optimization principles and master data discipline impacting planning performance
- Experience operating in high‑reliability/regulated industries is a plus (traceability, controlled items, audit readiness)
