- Own EMC compliance activities for assigned programs
- Perform Radar Cross Section (RCS) analysis and support signature management using CST and/or ANSYS HFSS
- Evaluate Radar Absorbent Materials (RAM) and collaborate with external suppliers
- Support antenna integration and optimize antenna placement on airborne platforms
- Conduct antenna radiation pattern analysis and co site interference studies
- Perform high fidelity electromagnetic simulations and optimization for RCS, antenna performance, and EMC
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline (Master's in RF/EMC preferred)
- 7 10+ years of experience in aerospace EMC, RF engineering, or electromagnetic analysis
- Experience with MATLAB for data analysis and automation
- Hands on experience with CST Studio Suite and/or ANSYS HFSS
- Knowledge of aircraft design phases from conceptual to detailed design
- Familiarity with aerospace EMC standards such as MIL STD 461, MIL STD 464, DEF STAN 59 114, RTCA DO 160, EUROCAE
- Strong understanding of antenna integration, EMC compliance, EMI mitigation, co site interference, and RCS analysis

Position Overview
- Radio Frequency / Electromagnetics (RF/EMC) Engineer at ADASI, an EDGE company.

Responsibilities
- Define EMC requirements in collaboration with Lead Systems Engineers.
- Translate customer EMC requirements into compliance plans and technical specifications.
- Provide guidance on EMC design principles and best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Support EMC testing, interpret compliance reports, and resolve EMI/EMC issues.
- Own EMC compliance activities for assigned programs.
- Support flight test and product release activities, including safety assessments.
- Perform Radar Cross Section (RCS) analysis and support signature management using CST and/or ANSYS HFSS.
- Evaluate Radar Absorbent Materials (RAM) and collaborate with external suppliers on development and testing.
- Support antenna integration and optimize antenna placement on airborne platforms.
- Conduct antenna radiation pattern analysis and co site interference studies.
- Perform high fidelity electromagnetic simulations and optimization for RCS, antenna performance, and EMC.
- Work closely with systems and design engineers to optimize aircraft outer mold line (OML), antenna placement, lightning protection, and EMC implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related discipline (Master's in RF/EMC preferred).
- 7 10+ years of experience in aerospace EMC, RF engineering, or electromagnetic analysis.
- Experience with MATLAB for data analysis and automation.
- Hands on experience with CST Studio Suite and/or ANSYS HFSS.
- Knowledge of aircraft design phases, from conceptual to detailed design.
- Familiarity with aerospace EMC standards such as MIL STD 461, MIL STD 464, DEF STAN 59 114, RTCA DO 160, EUROCAE, and related standards.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

- Relevant RF/EMC or electromagnetic simulation certifications are an advantage.
