For 10 years we have been successfully implementing our architectural projects on the world stage.
Due to fast growth and launching new projects, we are looking for a **Head of Procurement and Contracts** to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Procurement and Contracts department across all company projects
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and company objectives
- Oversee sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and selection of contractors, consultants, and suppliers
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing structures, and framework agreements
- Ensure cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of materials and services
- Manage contract lifecycle including drafting, review, administration, variations, and claims
- Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Coordinate closely with Development, Construction, Finance, and Legal teams
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and international best practices
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize procurement processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement and contracts team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum **10+ years** of experience in procurement and contracts within **real estate development or construction**
- Proven experience in a leadership or Head-level role
- Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, contract administration, and commercial management
- Experience managing large-scale development projects in the UAE or GCC
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and financial understanding
- Fluent English communication skills (Russian or Arabic is an advantage)
