Overview
- You will lead the regional growth agenda for the power division, driving expansion across generators, solar PV, hybrid systems, microgrids, and energy storage.
- This includes identifying new market opportunities, securing anchor projects, building regional commercial networks, and leading high-value negotiations with EPC contractors, developers, utilities, investors, and government stakeholders.
- You will also oversee the commercialization of integrated energy solutions, own regional revenue and profitability, and build a high-performance team across sales, engineering, and project development.
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy across conventional and renewable power solutions.
- Expand into new countries and high-potential markets with scalable commercial models.
- Originate and close large EPC, infrastructure, and long-term service agreements.
- Lead the delivery and commercialization of integrated diesel, gas, solar, hybrid, BESS, and off-grid solutions.
- Own regional P&L, pricing strategy, and business performance.
- Build and lead a high-performing regional team with strong accountability and execution focus.
