Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operations excellence programs and process safety programs
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency across offshore facilities
- Streamline and optimise logistics processes to reduce lead times and minimize transportation
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety in offshore operations
- Serve as business owner for all OE related IT tools for offshore department
- Develop and evaluate all relevant Operations Group level procedures, OE procedures and manuals
- Develop and implement the Mitigate Volume Threats (MVT) process
- Lead a core multidisciplinary team in the development of Barrier Management processes
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of operational processes
- Advise on OE related technical competency for the Operations Groups and development of structured training programs
Requirements
- Extensive experience in operations excellence and process safety programs
- Experience in offshore operations and compression
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of barrier management processes
- Experience developing and implementing OE programs and procedures

Job Description
- Develop, evaluate, and direct consistent implementation of QatarEnergy LNG Offshore Operations Excellence (OE) programs and ensure the sustainability and continuous improvement of OE programs with specific focus on compression.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Develop and implement operations excellence programs and process safety programs and drive sustainability, operational efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of OE programs.
- Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency across onshore facilities.
- Streamline and optimise logistics processes to reduce lead times and minimize transportation.
- Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety in offshore operations.
- Implement performance improvement plans and ensure their successful execution.
- Serve as business owner for all OE related IT tools for offshore department.
- Align operational excellence initiatives with the overall business objectives and transformation goals of the division.
- Develop and evaluate all relevant Operations Group level procedures, OE procedures and manuals, training materials, and assessment/evaluation practices.
- Develop and implement the Mitigate Volume Threats (MVT) process, providing continuous enhancement and opportunities for integration with other Company risk and reliability processes.
- Ensure that the framework and scope of the process safety program (PSP) within the Company are consistently implemented.
- Lead a core multidisciplinary team in the development of QatarEnergy LNG Barrier Management processes that establish industrial best practices within the Company.
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the Company to ensure proper planning, organization, coordination, and effective implementation of Barrier Management processes.
