Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the complete finance function, ensuring strong financial controls, governance, and operational excellence.
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Drive effective treasury management, cash flow optimization, and working capital planning.
• Manage banking relationships and strengthen partnerships with financial institutions.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis initiatives.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and risk management across the organization.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and enhanced financial efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial decisions and business growth initiatives.
• Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Requirements

• **15+ years of progressive experience in core finance leadership roles.**
• **Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.**
• **Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.**
• Proven experience leading finance functions within
• Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial, EPC, or similar environments.
• Strong expertise in
• Treasury Management, Cash Flow Planning, Working Capital Management, and Banking Operations.
• Established relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of financial strategy, commercial finance, and business performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to strategic business decisions.
