Responsibilities
- Lead the contract sub team managing a multi billion dollar EPCC contract
- Provide commercial and contracting direction for post award EPCC contract management through close out
- Manage change order process and deliver Value Protection Plan
- Work with SUPPLY to create a Major Projects Contract Center of Expertise
- Support claims prevention, dispute avoidance, and resolution
- Coordinate with management, legal, and risk teams to resolve contractual issues
- Develop and implement post award contract management strategies
- Oversee contract evaluations, end of contract reviews, and close out activities
- Provide central coordination for contractual communications with EPC contractors
- Prepare reports and presentations on claims and contractual risks for executive reporting

- Minimum 10 years of experience in post award contract management on multi billion dollar lump sum major energy projects
- Proven experience in a similar leadership position

Job Purpose
- Lead the contract sub team responsible for managing a multi billion dollar EPCC contract and contribute to the safe delivery of the project on schedule and within budget.
Key Job Accountabilities
- Provide commercial and contracting direction related to all aspects of post award EPCC contract management through contract close out.
- Deliver the Value Protection Plan and lead the change order management process.
- Work closely with SUPPLY to provide expertise in claims prevention, dispute avoidance, and resolution.
- Maintain effective relationships with management, legal, and risk management teams.
- Develop and implement post award contract management strategies and commercial management scenarios.
- Coordinate and oversee contract evaluations, end of contract reviews, and close out activities.
- Provide central coordination for contractual communications and responses to EPC contractors.
- Support the Onshore Contracts Division Manager by managing claims related activities and preparing reports.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to accelerate improvement initiatives and support digital strategy.
- Collaborate with SUPPLY to recruit, retain, and develop contract management talent.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in post award contract management on multi billion dollar lump sum major energy projects.
- Proven experience in a similar leadership position.

- Strong risk management awareness.
- Thorough understanding of contract management practices and legal knowledge.
- Claims and dispute resolution experience (advantageous).
