Overview

Enterprise Bi Leadership

• Lead and scale the firm’s cross-functional business intelligence and analytics capability across core business units including trading, product, operations, and growth.
• Define and implement data governance standards, reporting frameworks, and organizational best practices to enhance enterprise-wide data maturity.
• Build and develop high-performing BI and analytics teams across multiple regions.

Trading & Commercial Analytics

• Own end-to-end analytics for the trading business, delivering actionable insight across user behaviour, liquidity, market activity, revenue performance, and operational risk.
• Partner closely with trading, product, and commercial teams to optimize performance across spot, derivatives, and other trading products.
• Deliver deep-dive analysis, forecasting, and modelling to support strategic planning and real-time business decisions.

Executive Stakeholder Management

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear commercial recommendations and growth initiatives.
• Support executive decision-making through high-impact reporting, performance analysis, and market intelligence.

Kpi & Data Infrastructure

• Design and evolve company-wide KPI frameworks, performance measurement systems, and executive dashboards.
• Drive the adoption of scalable visualization and self-service analytics capabilities across the organization.

Operational Performance & Strategic Projects

• Lead data-driven initiatives focused on improving operational efficiency, trading performance, customer engagement, and market competitiveness.
• Conduct attribution analysis and monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and emerging risks.

Client & Revenue Insights

• Develop analytical frameworks and data products to support institutional and high-value client segments.
• Provide insight into customer performance, retention, and monetization strategies.

Candidate Profile

• **Fluent Mandarin and English language capability is essential.**
• Significant experience within Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Strategy roles, ideally gained within digital assets, fintech, electronic trading, or broader financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of trading businesses and market structure, with experience supporting trading, liquidity, or exchange-related functions highly preferred.
• Proven track record building and leading high-performing BI or analytics teams within fast-scaling organizations.
• Advanced technical capability across SQL, Python, and leading BI platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-led insight and strategic thinking.
• Experience designing scalable KPI frameworks, executive reporting environments, and enterprise analytics functions.
