Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide strategic and operational HR guidance across the employee lifecycle
- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support teams in customer centric environments including Customer Service, Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Operations, or similar functions
- Lead and manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement initiatives
- Drive organizational change, restructuring, and transformation projects aligned with business objectives
- Partner with leaders to identify talent gaps and develop succession planning and capability building strategies
- Utilize people analytics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and internal governance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to implement and improve HR programs, policies, and processes
- Champion a high performance culture while maintaining strong employee engagement and wellbeing
Requirements
- Significant HR Business Partnering experience in fast paced industries such as technology, digital platforms, fintech, e commerce, consumer internet, retail, or other high growth environments
- Experience supporting customer facing or operational functions, particularly teams operating in 24/7 environments
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to balance business priorities with employee needs
- Exceptional attention to detail and structured problem solving approach
- Strong emotional intelligence and resilience in high pressure environments
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence to influence senior leaders
- Strong analytical and data driven decision making capability
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken

- The successful candidate will be a commercially minded HR professional who thrives in dynamic organisations, has exceptional stakeholder management skills, and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Key Responsibilities
