We’re looking for Head of Beverage to manage and improve our beverage operations in a fast-paced environment. this role focuses on maintaining quality, consistency, and a great guest experience across all drinks.
The ideal candidate leads the team on the floor, supports their development, ensures smooth daily operations, and takes full ownership of the beverage section balancing hands-on involvement with leadership and clear operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day beverage operations, ensuring consistency and quality
- Maintain preparation and service standards across all beverage offerings
- Train, coach, and develop team members on performance and service
- Monitor quality and address any gaps in execution
- Ensure smooth workflow and efficiency during rush hours
- Manage inventory, ordering, and waste control
- Support the development of SOPs and training materials
- Collaborate with management to enhance overall guest experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management, Nutrition, or any related field
- 6+ years of experience in F&B operations with leadership responsibility
- Strong background in beverage operations in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Strong understanding of quality control and operational standards
- Ability to build, train, and lead teams effectively
- Good communication skills & High level of ownership, attention to detail, & leadership.
