Responsibilities
- Own and drive overall E commerce and marketplace revenue, profitability, and growth
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, demand planning, and commercial performance
- Develop and execute marketplace expansion strategies across GCC, Saudi Arabia, and India
- Identify and onboard new marketplace partners and sales channels
- Lead the E commerce platform roadmap and digital transformation initiatives
- Oversee website performance, CMS management, product catalog, and customer experience
- Manage fulfilment operations, inventory alignment, and last mile delivery performance
- Partner with marketing teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention
- Establish KPI frameworks and performance dashboards
- Lead E commerce, Technology, CMS, Operations, and Fulfilment teams
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience within E commerce, Digital Commerce, or Online Retail
- Proven experience owning and managing E commerce P&L with a strong record of revenue and profitability growth
- Experience scaling E commerce businesses, marketplaces, or digital retail operations across multiple markets
- Strong commercial understanding of contribution margin, CAC, LTV, inventory management, and profitability drivers
- Experience leading technology, operations, fulfilment, and cross functional teams
- Marketplace expansion experience across GCC, Saudi Arabia, and/or India is highly preferred
- Strong leadership presence with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Highly analytical, data driven, and execution focused mindset

Role Overview
- Our client a leading luxury retail is seeking a commercially driven and strategic Head of E commerce & Marketplace Growth to lead the end to end digital commerce business across our owned channels and marketplace ecosystem.
- This leadership role carries full responsibility for E commerce P&L, marketplace expansion, technology governance, operations excellence, and sustainable revenue growth.
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling our digital business across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, GCC, and India while driving profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive overall E commerce and marketplace revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, demand planning, and commercial performance.
- Monitor key business metrics including sales, margin, conversion, AOV, and customer retention.
- Develop and execute marketplace expansion strategies across GCC, Saudi Arabia, and India.
- Identify and onboard new marketplace partners and sales channels.
- Optimize pricing, assortment, and profitability across all platforms.
- Lead the E commerce platform roadmap and digital transformation initiatives.
- Oversee website performance, CMS management, product catalog, and customer experience.
- Ensure seamless integration between E commerce platforms, ERP, logistics, and marketing systems.
- Manage fulfilment operations, inventory alignment, and last mile delivery performance.
Qualifications
- 8–10+ years of progressive experience within E commerce, Digital Commerce, or Online Retail.
- Proven experience owning and managing E commerce P&L with a strong record of revenue and profitability growth.
