- Partner with senior business leaders to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and organizational development initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, investigations, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
- Coach and support leaders on performance management, employee engagement and people development
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a high performance culture
- Support both blue collar and white collar employee populations across multiple GCC locations
- Drive HR projects, process improvements and change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and HR best practices across the region
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership teams to support business growth and operational excellence
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong HR Business Partnering experience within Construction, Engineering, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Logistics, Facilities Management or Industrial sectors
- Experience supporting both blue collar and white collar workforces
- Proven experience managing HR teams
- Strong employee relations and workforce planning expertise
- Experience coaching and influencing senior stakeholders
- GCC regional exposure is highly preferred
- Willingness to travel regularly across GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia and Oman
