Overview

  • The Lead Consultant – Executive Search is responsible for managing end to end leadership hiring mandates across multiple industries.
  • The role involves partnering with clients to understand their talent requirements, executing strategic search assignments, engaging with senior executives, and delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes while building long term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete executive search assignments from client briefing to successful closure.
  • Partner with clients to understand business strategy, organizational structure, and leadership talent requirements.
  • Develop customized search strategies, including market mapping and talent intelligence.
  • Identify, approach, assess, and engage senior leadership candidates through research, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct competency based interviews and evaluate candidates for leadership, cultural fit, and technical capability.
  • Present comprehensive candidate assessments and recommendations to clients.
  • Manage offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior executives to generate repeat business.
  • Develop industry knowledge, market insights, and competitor intelligence.
  • Mentor junior consultants and researchers, ensuring high quality search execution.
  • Consistently achieve individual and team revenue, billing, and placement targets.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM/ATS and prepare regular client reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7–12 years of experience in executive search, leadership hiring, or specialized recruitment consulting.
  • Proven experience handling C suite, Board, and senior management search assignments.
  • Strong understanding of talent mapping, market research, and executive assessment methodologies.
