Role Overview
- We are looking to hire an experienced and result oriented Senior Business Development Manager specializing in IT/Technology Manpower Outsourcing services for GCC Operations.
- This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong corporate network, excellent client acquisition skills, and a solid background in recruitment and staffing solutions.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and the company’s practice leaders.
- Plan approaches and pitches, and work with team to develop proposals that address the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to bring about a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 10 years of Business Development/Sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidate should have very good connect with the CTOs/ Procurement/ Decision maker.
- 5 years of UAE Sales/BD experience will be ideal.
