Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, posters, and marketing campaigns.
• Lead the creation of branding materials for new perfume launches and promotional activities.
• Oversee packaging design and product-related graphics, ensuring a premium and luxury brand presentation.
• Maintain design quality, visual consistency, and brand standards across all marketing channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and video production teams to execute impactful campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end print production, including preparing print-ready artwork, coordinating with vendors, conducting quality checks, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Update and maintain company catalogues, brochures, POS materials, and other marketing collateral with new product information and visuals.
• Handle daily artwork requests, revisions, approvals, and production requirements efficiently.
• Maintain project trackers and ensure organized workflow management for all design and production tasks.
• Work with product development, marketing, and management teams to conceptualize and visualize new fragrance products, packaging concepts, and creative assets.
• Stay updated with design trends, luxury branding practices, and emerging creative technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign**.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, packaging, print, and digital design expertise.
• Experience in print production, packaging design, catalogue creation, and marketing collateral development.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and production processes.
• Experience in the perfume, beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, or luxury goods industry is mandatory.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• **Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.**
• Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
