Requirements
- 4–6 years experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or premium café environments
- Previous experience as Senior Barista or Head Barista preferred
- Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, brewing methods, and latte art
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high end hospitality environment

Job Overview
