We are looking for an experienced and creative Head Baker to lead our bakery operations.
The ideal candidate has strong baking skills, leadership experience, and a passion for high-quality breads, pastries, and desserts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and oversee daily production of baked goods
- Manage kitchen and baking staff
- Develop new recipes and seasonal products
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory and place supply orders
- Ensure consistency and quality control
- Train junior bakers and kitchen assistants
Requirements
- Previous experience as a baker or pastry chef
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Knowledge of artisan breads, pastries, and baking techniques
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary or baking certification
- Experience in high-volume bakery operations
