Responsibilities
- Prepare thick shakes, milkshakes, and other menu items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Serve food and beverages in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the preparation and serving areas
- Refill ingredients and monitor inventory levels
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, café, restaurant, or beverage preparation is preferred
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a customer first mindset
- Fast food: 2 years (Required)
