- Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of inventory requirements
- Follow food safety and HACCP standards
- Assist the Head Baker with daily production as required
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Commis Baker or in a similar bakery role
- Good knowledge of sandwich preparation and basic bakery production
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
