- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store staff to maximize performance

- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure stores maintain high visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand identity
- Create engaging in store experiences that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in retail management, brand management, or a similar leadership role within the fashion industry
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and brand development
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve business objectives
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency with retail management systems and Microsoft Office applications
