About the Role
Vision33 is seeking an Implementation Consultant for its growing Sage HCM practice.
The role is fully remote and supports Sage HCM deployments for customers across Canada.
The consultant will help improve HR, payroll, onboarding, performance management, and employee data processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide consulting, training, and support for implementing Sage’s cloud-native HCM solution.
- Work with HR and operations leaders during discovery and requirements analysis.
- Develop an actionable understanding of client HR, payroll, onboarding, performance management, and related processes.
- Assist with preparing, migrating, validating, and auditing confidential employee data.
- Configure and customize Sage HCM modules and workflows.
- Collaborate with internal specialists and customer stakeholders on timely, budget-friendly implementations.
