The Opportunity
We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a growing practice, shaping delivery excellence, and influencing business performance in the BC region.
In this role, you will oversee the performance, engagement, and utilization of our implementation consulting team while ensuring customers receive high-quality, on-time, and value-driven outcomes.
You will balance people leadership, project delivery, operational planning, and commercial accountability to support continued growth and long-term success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and inspire the SAP Business One delivery team to deliver exceptional customer outcomes, strong engagement, and consistent project success.
- Drive practice performance by managing utilization, revenue, gross margin, delivery targets, and customer satisfaction against the annual business plan.
- Shape delivery plans and growth strategies with the leadership team, including forecasting, margin planning, capacity planning, and resource alignment.
- Own delivery execution from kickoff to close, keeping scope, budgets, change requests, approvals, risks, and customer commitments on track.
- Put the right people on the right work by aligning skills, availability, customer needs, project priorities, and business objectives.
- Create clarity, momentum, and accountability through clear direction, coaching, feedback, practical problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
- Champion strong internal partnerships with HR, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to support team engagement, delivery excellence, and business success.
