Role Overview
Coordinate the full property and project handover lifecycle from pre-handover preparation through final sign-off and post-handover follow-up.

Role Overview
Coordinate the full property and project handover lifecycle from pre-handover preparation through final sign-off and post-handover follow-up.
Act as the central contact between developers, owners, tenants, maintenance teams, and internal departments.
Ensure smooth, compliant, and timely handovers aligned with DLD and RERA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule handover activities for residential and commercial properties or assets.
- Prepare handover checklists, inspection reports, snagging lists, and regulatory documentation.
- Conduct pre-handover inspections and coordinate defect resolution with technical and maintenance teams.
- Coordinate stakeholders, handover meetings, sign-offs, digital files, trackers, and post-handover rectifications.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, efficiency standards, and UAE real estate regulations.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in property handover, real estate administration, project coordination, or client relations in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of DLD and RERA handover processes and documentation.
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
