- The Guest Room Attendant delivers the best Rooms experience for our guests through attention to detail, ensuring all guest rooms are clean and up to standard.
- This role anticipates, customizes, and services guest’s needs before being asked.
What you will do
- Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room according to procedure.
- Perform Room Attendant duties in occupied rooms and check out rooms.
- Provide turndown service for guests.
- Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
