The Guest Services Agent provides care for hotel guests from arrival through departure.

Compensation
- The full wage is $32.15 per hour after successful completion of the probationary period.
What You Will Be Doing
- Offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Greet guests, complete check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts.
- Assist guests with information about hotel facilities.
- Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Take initiative to provide personalized guest experiences.
- Promote hotel facilities and identify upselling opportunities.
Experience and Skills
- A service-focused personality is essential, while prior experience is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including regular overnight shifts.
- Ability to handle cash accurately.
- Prior experience with Opera Cloud or a related system.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
