Job Description
The Assistant Manager – Pool & Beach Bar supports outlet leadership, guest service, operating results, and workplace standards.
The role reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.
Operations and Service
- Assist with daily pool and beach bar operations and maintain efficient, high-quality service.
- Monitor service standards, guest satisfaction, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Support promotions, events, and seasonal activities.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and motivate team members, conduct briefings, allocate duties, and monitor performance.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Ensure compliance with grooming, service, and brand standards.
Guest Experience
- Build guest relationships and anticipate guest needs.
