Job Description
- As a Bell Attendant, you will be responsible for transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain room features and hotel amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
