About the Role
Hilton Salwa in Doha is hiring a Guest Service Agent to deliver warm welcomes and memorable guest experiences. You will handle check-in/out, assist with inquiries, promote hotel services, and coordinate with various departments.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and complete check in process including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys
- Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about hotel offerings, waterpark attractions, safety rules, and F&B offerings
- Use up selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximize revenue
- Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with care and urgency
- Coordinate with Operations, Lifeguards, Security, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service
Requirements
- Passion for hospitality
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Additional languages are an advantage

Responsibilities
