- Welcome guests and take care of them from arrival through departure
- Maintain cashier float and ensure accurate daily report of all money received
- Contribute to guests' permanent satisfaction by providing high quality services throughout their stay
- Help meet department's quantitative targets through sales efforts
- Help encourage guest loyalty by developing friendly, personalized relationships
- Anticipate guests' needs and take them into consideration
- Deal swiftly, efficiently and sensitively to guest complaints and follow through
- Ensure front desk work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times
Requirements
- Service focused personality
- Prior experience with Opera & PMS or related system
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Bachelor's degree or diplomas/certifications
- Relevant experience in hotel industry

Job Description

Qualifications
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset.
- Prior experience working with Opera & PMS or a related system.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
- Bachelors or diplomas/certifications are required.
- Relevant experience is a must with in Hotel industry.
