- Replenish amenities such as toiletries and towels
- Spot maintenance issues or irregularities and report to appropriate departments
Requirements
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Understands FS cleaning and service standards
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
- Ability to operate housekeeping equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic English communication
- Maintains guest privacy and professionalism
- Physically able to lift, push, and stand for long periods
- Team player with a positive attitude

The Role of the Room Attendant
- As a Room Attendant, your role is pivotal in ensuring that guest rooms are impeccably clean and maintained to meet the highest standards.
- You diligently follow established protocols and guidelines to ensure that every surface, from floors to furniture, is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and free of any dust or debris.
- In addition to cleaning, you also replenish amenities, such as toiletries and towels, so that guests have everything they need for a pleasant stay.
- Your keen eye for detail helps you spot any maintenance issues or irregularities within the room. You promptly report these findings to the appropriate departments so that necessary repairs can be made swiftly.
- As a Room Attendant, your efforts are crucial not only for maintaining high hotel standards but also for enhancing the overall guest experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
