Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the Recreation Department with a friendly and engaging demeanor
- Provide detailed information about the hotel’s recreational facilities and activities
- Assist guests with reservations for recreational services and activities
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the Recreation team to coordinate and execute special events, classes, and activities
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of recreational areas
- Gather guest feedback and provide insights to improve service and guest satisfaction
- Uphold the hotel’s luxury standards and ensure that all guest interactions reflect the hotel’s commitment to excellence
Requirements
- Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, or a related field, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to multitask and handle guest requests and situations with grace and efficiency
- Professional, positive and approachable attitude

Your Day to Day
- Welcome guests to the Recreation Department with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Provide detailed information about the hotel’s recreational facilities and activities, including pools, fitness centers, spas, and organized events.
- Assist guests with reservations for recreational services and activities, ensuring a seamless booking process.
- Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the Recreation team to coordinate and execute special events, classes, and activities.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of recreational areas.
- Gather guest feedback and provide insights to improve service and guest satisfaction.

What We Need From You
