- Recommend signature dishes and beverage pairings with confidence, drawing on deep menu knowledge and understanding of guest preferences.
- Deliver attentive service to VIP and regular guests by anticipating their needs, recalling their preferences, and elevating each visit.
- Act as the key point of contact for guest enquiries, offering detailed knowledge of in house dining themes and local highlights.
- Handle guest feedback and special requests gracefully and promptly, turning moments of dissatisfaction into lasting positive impressions.
Requirements
- 1 2 years’ experience in guest service related work in a 5 star hotel in fine dining destination dining
- Microsoft Office (Basic Knowledge)
- Micros, Epicure Restaurant Reservation system
- Strong customer service orientation
- Team player with accuracy and attention to detail

- An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive to join White Service in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.
