The employer is seeking a polished and proactive Guest Relations Executive in Dubai.
The role provides client-facing support throughout the journey from initial contact to ongoing service.
The position requires confidentiality, professionalism, discretion, and a strong focus on client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and provide prompt, professional assistance.
- Manage client communications by phone, email, and in person.
- Present and explain company services clearly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs.
- Handle client concerns and complaints with efficient, empathetic, resolution-focused communication.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Uphold company policies and maintain strict confidentiality in all client dealings.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE-based experience in a customer service or client relations role is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills are required.
- Discreet, reliable, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with high-net-worth or VIP clients is an advantage.
- Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or finance is preferred.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Compensation
- Gross salary is AED 8,000 per month.
